Operations Director, Eat + Drink

Seth is the Operations Director, Eat + Drink at Streetsense. He brings over 20 years of experience to the Eat + Drink team, having worked in fine dining, independent restaurants, hotels, and internationally known restaurant groups, including ThinkFoodGroup, Dinner Lab, Star Provisions, Starwood, and The Peasant Group where he started his career as a stock busser.

With an extensive background in restaurants, Seth brings a deep understanding of restaurant operations, specifically as it relates to front of the house operations. Further, Seth brings a deep knowledge of beverages to our team, having overseen numerous award-winning wine and spirits programs.  His programs have been honored with distinctions from The Wine Spectator, The Wine Enthusiast and Food & Wine.  Seth was further honored in being named StarChefs Rising Star Sommelier for Atlanta. 

Throughout his career he has led numerous transition projects as well as leading the build-out and openings of acclaimed restaurants such as Barmini, China Chilcano, and The Sun Dial. He has been the recipient of numerous distinctions throughout his career having received awards and acclaim from such as DiRoNa, AAA Four Diamond, Fast.Co, James Beard, and Gayot along with numerous other groups and publications.
