A highly acclaimed chef, JohnPaul joined the Streetsense team in the Eat + Drink division to develop concepts and menus for clients such as Melia Hotels and the Ritz-Carlton. JohnPaul aids client in creating strong food and beverage offerings, as well as training bar and restaurant staff. Coming from a multi-million dollar Manhattan restaurant where he worked as chef de cuisine, JohnPaul has over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry, beginning with a five-year run as Kitchen Manager of DC’s Restaurant Nora. Back before it was mainstream, JohnPaul insisted on organic produce and meat, landing Restaurant Nora as the first certified organic restaurant in America. He then moved to work side-by-side with Jose Andres, developing menus, overseeing operations, and executing large events.

JohnPaul has cemented himself as a top chef consultant, using his extensive experience to design kitchen layouts in addition to continuing to push for sustainable and locally sourced product. He continues to work first-hand with his team and consultants to provide the best training available.
