Angela McGarvey

Senior Director, Creative Strategy

Angela has been integral to the Streetsense team since 2005. Throughout the course of her career, Angela has worked for some of the most well-recognized brands in the world, including Ritz-Carlton International, The Palm Restaurant Group, Marriott International, and The JBG Companies, as well as a collection of institutional and independent owners. From name and tagline generation to copywriting and conceptual design, her creative insight and unique perspective is invaluable.


Angela’s previous work as a market analyst – her first role at Streetsense – has given her an exceptional understanding of the world of real estate. Since spearheading the firm’s creative department, she has been involved in the branding and marketing of dozens of residential and commercial office buildings in the nation’s capital and in other major metropolitan areas including Miami, New York City, Philadelphia, Austin, and Denver. She has also created custom storytelling pieces for neighborhoods and projects across the nation. Her retail and restaurant work is equally broad ranging, both conceptually and geographically. She has played a key role in the creation of several new concepts, as well as in refining existing ones from Washington, DC to Vienna, Austria.
