Adam is the Director of Restaurants at Streetsense, overseeing all aspects of restaurant and food & beverage consultancy and operations. Prior to joining Streetsense in 2013, Adam co-founded Financial Foods where he was responsible for business development, concept development, branding, operational consulting, project management, and revenue and cost projections for Trummers on Main, GCDC, Dolcezza Gelato, Hill Country BBQ and many others.
Prior to establishing Financial Foods, Adam was instrumental in growing the BLT Restaurant Group from a three-restaurant group to a 22 restaurant worldwide empire. Adam played a pivotal role in the operations, marketing and public relations, real estate, and new concept development for BLT. Adam has also worked in management for Passion Food Hospitality and Morton’s the Steakhouse. His commitment to superior service and exceptional dining experiences gained him recognition as a Restaurant Manager of the Year nominee by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, an organization that he now sits on the Board of Directors of. Before launching into the restaurant business in 2000, Adam worked on Wall Street for Merrill Lynch, and locally for Troon Capital. His background in finance combined with his passion for the restaurant business became the platform for Adam’s initial idea for Financial Foods.
Adam graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond where he was a four-year member of the Spiders football team. Adam is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland and a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers. He lives with his wife and four children in Bethesda, MD.
