The Bozzuto Group is a privately held, industry-leading real estate development firm. Bozzuto manages The Woodley, an upscale apartment building in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, DC.


Confronted with a rapidly changing consumer landscape, The Bozzuto Group tasked Streetsense with developing an integrated communications strategy that would raise awareness and drive leads to The Woodley. Streetsense created target audience personas to guide the production of focused, lifestyle-driven content. Blog topics ranged from holiday gift guides to hosting tips, while complementary social content included stop-motion videos and snapshots from stylized photo shoots showcasing the building’s signature amenities. To best promote this content and elevate The Woodley’s digital presence, Streetsense crafted a comprehensive SEO strategy that entailed keyword research, initial website optimization, monitoring and error reporting, supplemented by paid advertising on topical and interest-based platforms. Since the website’s launch, PPC advertising has achieved a click-through rate nearly double the industry average, and managed ad placements have yielded over 580k impressions and coverage on The Washington Post, Curbed, and Trulia. Facebook ads have resulted in more than 2.8 million impressions, 28k page engagements, and 30k clicks to the website, while page likes continue to grow month-to-month.
