Fisher Brothers is taking part in the renovation and restoration of H Street, pushing the boundaries of luxury city living with Station House, a brand new apartment building.

Project Scope

Drawing inspiration from the interior architecture and aesthetic of the building, the Streetsense team created a cohesive branding strategy emphasizing the “modern lifestyle” Station House represents — socially responsible, community-focused, active living. This lifestyle is embodied in the rich textures, clean lines, and fresh, welcoming language woven throughout the marketing campaign. The line between the architecture and brand was smudged away, leaving behind a uniform, inviting public face to future tenants.
