ORE82 is a newly constructed, industrial-inspired apartment building in Southeast Washington, DC.

Project Scope

Streetsense was tasking with developing a brand identity, marketing collateral, and digital strategy that communicated ORE82’s distinct point of view, appealed to its target audience, and facilitated a rapid lease-up. Streetsense created a visual and verbal brand identity centered around the notion of residents “filling in” their spaces (and lives) in ways that suited their personal tastes. ORE82’s unique brand package includes a brochure with hand-sketched amenity drawings, a coloring book, coasters, shopping bags, water bottles, and a stationery suite. The innovative brand is woven through the building’s apartment numbers, signage, interior graphic walls, and interactive drawing wall in the leasing office. Complementing the property’s tactical brand elements with a comprehensive social strategy, Streetsense crafted a social media playbook, paid search initiatives, and targeted campaigns, garnering more than 1,200 Facebook followers. While the property opened in a competitive market during a traditionally slower season, ORE82 was an impressive 74% leased after just six months on the market.
