Nava is a local collection of health and vitality centers blending Eastern and Western healthcare techniques. Established to help clients overcome health issues and achieve optimal wellness, Nava offers a unique set of services that address the five elements of vitality: stress management and life balance, restorative sleep, inflammation control, healthy weight and digestion, and hormone balance.

Project Scope

Streetsense took on the role of Nava’s sole marketing partner, tasked with driving initial appointments at each of the brand’s four locations. As part of an overarching strategic marketing plan, the Streetsense team managed and analyzed budgets, oversaw a third-party SEO vendor, developed an email drip campaign, conducted public relations efforts, recruited influencers and partners, and ran social media marketing campaigns. Within three months of implementing the communications plan and four months of initial engagement, Nava had a record-breaking month with the most prospects, initial appointments, lab tests, and allergy profiles ever completed, record bests in nearly every revenue category, and the most new NavaRX clients. Bolstered by ongoing strategic marketing, Nava continues to up the ante in the regional wellness segment.
