Client Profile

Hank’s on the Hill is chef Jamie Leeds’ third Hank’s Oyster Bar outlet in Washington DC. It serves up urban beach food and features unique cocktails at the Eddy Bar, run by renowned mixologist, Gina Chersevani.

Project Scope

When Jamie Leeds and Gina Chersevani teamed up to open Hank’s on the Hill, they hired the designers of Edit Lab at Streetsense to handle the design of the beachy, casual seafood eatery. Thanks to the stirring and shaking talents of Chersevani, the bar was made as the design focal point, featuring brilliant blue tiling and illuminated shelving.
