Project Scope

Streetsense identified 8th Street’s potential early on, and in 2011 acquired a historic commercial building on the street’s 400 block. Led by the Streetsense design, architecture, and development teams, the building has been rehabilitated and is home to street level retail and second-floor professional office space.
