Project Scope

Streetsense was engaged by Greystar and Hartz Mountain to oversee the branding and marketing of 3 Journal Square, a 13-story, 240-unit residential building in Jersey City’s emerging Journal Square neighborhood. Streetsense provided comprehensive branding and marketing services for the property, including logo, concept development, print collateral, leasing/construction and permanent signage design, website design and development, email blast, and social media services. To introduce 3 Journal Square as a happening and appealing place to live, Streetsense created a vibrant marketing campaign that showcased the property as a stylish urban dwelling and leveraged the building’s prime location in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
